Stonewall Kitchen Montebello Organic Conchiglie Pasta is named for the Italian word for “sea shell,” conchiglie is a cut reminiscent of a conch shell, which makes it particularly good at holding on to meats and vegetables in hearty dishes. Our version is made using durum wheat semolina organically grown on a small cooperative of family farms in the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It’s an ideal choice for using with meat sauces and baked pasta dishes.
