Purdue Betadine Solution is a liquid solution of 10% providone-iodine. It's a fast-acting, borad-spectrum antiseptic that kills both gram-positive and negative bacteria (including antibiotic resistant organisms), as well as most fungi/yeast, virus and protozoa. This product is designed for degerming skin, wounds and mucous membranes.
