The Partridge Cochin Bantam Chickens are probably the most striking and beautiful of all the Bantam Cochin varieties. The male pattern of plumage is entirely different from that of the female. As chicks they are a brownish-gold with stripes on their back. Like other types of Cochin Bantams, they often go broody and make good mothers.
