Brown Chinese Geese originate in China descending from the wild Asiatic Swan goose. Chinese Geese are the most prolific egg laying geese, and it is not unusual to have them lay in the fall or winter. Most Chinese geese lay from 50-60 eggs but may produce as many as 100 per year. Males mature at 10 lbs. and Females at 8 lbs
