How to book an event

Fill out the reservation form HERE.
If you are unable to complete this form online, please email us at events@countrymax.com

 

We will email you shortly. If your date and time is available, a $50 deposit will be due at this time. At the event, your remaining balance will be due. If extra guests are added from the initial booking, this will be reflected on the final balance.

 

A week before your date, please confirm the total number attending. If your numbers change between this time, please email events@countrymax.com 48 hours before your event.

 

You will be able to access your event room 30 minutes prior to your event.

General event information

What is provided?

We provide our private event room, one assigned staff, party package activities (depending on the party theme), tables, chairs and trash cans.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes.  A $10 fee will be applied if you bring in outside food. Please be sure to bring your own plates, napkins, and serving utensils. None of these will be provided by the store.

General party Itinerary.

1st Hour: Activities included in party package
2nd Hour: Family’s choice; typically, this would include gifts & food. 
Please let the staff know ahead of time if you would like to follow a different schedule.
